What are the Causes and Cures for Eye Twitching?

Have you ever experience eye twitching? Well, I do! If you wonder what eye twitching is, then I will explain what this condition is. It is somewhat common problem in the eyes along with spasms and eyelid tics. Normally, only the underneath lid of one eye is entailed. However, the upper part of the eyelid can also twitch. Most of this condition will come and go, though they can last for a couple of weeks or even a couple of months.

What are the Causes of Eye Twitching?

Before you can treat this eye condition, you need to know first the causes of eye twitching. In medical terms known as myokymia, the undulating contractions of muscle in your eyelid can be caused by some sorts of allergies, nutritional imbalances, drying of eyes, taking too much alcohol and caffeine. This can also be caused by eye strain, stress and weariness.

BootCamp 3 at Balanga City Bataan Rocks!

For the 3^rd time around the Bootcamp 3 is held at Balanga City Bataan on March 9, 2012 and this is my 2^nd time to attend this kind of seminar. This seminar is really interesting for those guys out there who are willing to learn Online Business. Also, the speakers are all very successful in this field and all members of SEO.org.ph. 

                For the introduction, Mr. Ed Pudol, who is the owner of Lexorsoft.net and current President of seo.org.ph, My Boss, My Mentor and a very good friend of mine, gave very encouraging words as a successful entrepreneur. Mr. Kim Tyrone Agapito gave ideas for Blogging as Sources of Income; he is the owner of articlescholar.com and kimoftheworld.com. He is also known as the Heartthrob of seo.org.ph. On the other hand, Making Money from Social Media was lectured by Ms Ana Tan.  I just met her at the bootcamp and she is very kind and approachable.  Web Developing Services was discussed by Mr. Jan Alvin Dimla, one of my Bosses at Go TravelPhilippines, a serious type of guy and yet funny.

My First Time in Boracay

First of all I want to thank all my bosses here in Go Travel Philippines, which is Mr. Ed Pudol, Mr. Zaldy Dalisay, Ms. Emy Jane, Mr. Carlo Carolino and to all the members of the team. Because of you I got the opportunity to go to Borocay :D Well this is really my first time to go to this wonderful place and one of the well-known tourist destinations around the world. In fact, this is not a vacation at all because we came here not to relax, but to work. Still, I felt excited on our stay in Boracay because as we all know this is a famous spot not only here in the Philippines but throughout the world.

From NAIA, we traveled for less than an hour going to Kalibo, Aklan. After that, we traveled through a van for almost two hours going to Caticlan. As we got in this place, we encounter a lot of fees like terminal fee, environmental fee and many other fees. So my advice for all first timers who want to visit Boracay, make sure that you have an added budget since there are really a lot of fees which you do not expect :D

Yesterday I was surfing the web, I spotted a trending topic in the Korean Internet that makes me feel really amazed when I saw Wang Jiayun. She is a Chinese high school student and became a renowned trending topic due to a fact that she looks like an inflatable doll! Yes, you read it right; Jiayun really likes a human form of Barbie. According to what I have read, she measures 164cm tall and has a weight o 42 kilograms.

In addition, she was born in Kowloon of Hong Kong SAR and presently living in Shenzhen of Guangdong province in China. Since she really looked like a doll, her name topped the search engine queries on different Korean portal sites. Due to her looks, Jiayun drew a lot of attention on various portals on the Korean Internet.
